Pricing & Availability
IMS reserves the right to make pricing adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations, manufacture price changes or rebates, errors in advertisements or other extenuating circumstances. Due to the volatile nature of the computer industry prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Many of our products/specials are while supplies last, rain-checks will NOT be issued by IMS for out-of-stock products.

Credit Cards
IMS currently accepts Visa and MasterCard for all credit card transactions, American Express and Discover are currently not accepted. Credit card charges are not submitted until the day of shipment. All pricing on our site is CASH discounted pricing, all credit card orders will be charged at web pricing plus 3%. All credit card orders must be shipped to the same address as the billing address of the credit card.

Check Payment Policy
Cashiers checks and money orders are accepted on all COD orders. Personal and business checks up to $1000 are accepted at our retail location and are subject to verification. Personal and business checks are accepted for prepay orders but will be held for 10 business days.

Freight
For all multiple item orders, freight is calculated as the carrier's actual freight charge plus insurance and packaging material. All shipments from IMS are shipped via UPS. FedEX and Airborne Express shipments are available upon request (please contact your sales representative for details). Shipments through the U.S. Postal Service are not allowed due to the lack of tracking available through the USPS. Freight charges are NOT refundable on returns, credits or exchanges.

Product Returns
IMS will accept product returns, with the exception of defective products, for up to 15 days from date of original invoice. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within the first 15 days of purchase. All sales are final, credits issued by IMS, Inc. will be for the purchase of future products only - cash refunds will not be issued.

Many products sold by IMS will be covered directly by IMS, Inc. itself and will not be covered by the product manufacture. For warranties that are covered by IMS, Inc., defective returns will be accepted for the duration of the warranty stated on the invoice. All returns must be completed by the end of the warranty period and no later. Product returned that is covered by IMS directly will be replaced, repaired (please allow 3-5 weeks) or given fair market credit towards the purchase of future products and will be done so solely at the discretion of IMS, Inc. Due to market volatility, full credits will NOT be given for product older than 30-days on direct IMS warranted products.

Please keep all packing material and documentation for your order in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. All returns/exchanges that are returned in packaging other that the original, that is not deemed acceptable by IMS, will be returned to the sender and all implied or explicit warranties will be void. OEM white boxes and original manufacture boxes, unless originally sent by IMS in that manner, are not considered acceptable boxes. Any product returned this way will be returned and the warranty void. Products that are submitted for return/exchange must arrive postage prepaid. Sorry, no freight collect packages will be accepted.

Before returning a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a member of our support staff. Products returned without a RMA number will be refused upon arrival at the senders expense. RMA numbers can be obtained by filling out our online RMA Request form (please get approval from Tech Support prior to filling out a RMA request).

All product being returned for credit must be 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, media, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by IMS or the manufacture. Products that are missing components will be returned to the customer or will be charged accordingly.
