RMA Request RMA requests may be submitted to IMS directly from our website. We do however, require that you speak with someone from our Support staff prior to requesting an RMA. A large percentage of returns that we receive are functional products. Talking with our Support staff may help to avoid unnecessary shipping charges due to the return of a functional product.
